All appeals against wheel clamping should be made in writing to:

If your vehicle is wheel clamped it means you must have parked in contravention of the set out rules for that particular car park. However, if you still feel you need to lodge an appeal with us. use the above address and remember to state your reason for appeal, and any other information that you feel may be relevant to your case. This must be done within ten (10) days from the date of the offence. We will endevour to respond to your appeal in writing within twenty one (21) days from the receipt of your appeal letter in which you should include a self addressed envelope with the PCN reference number written at the back.
